As the current owner of Destined 2 Dance Awards a national dance awards show company, I followed my heart to be able to provide a program that is enriched not only with good entertainment, but would be able to benefit a person long term health wise. Being very passionate about dance to be able to have the gift of combining dance with fitness has been one of the greatest things that can happen after recooperating from loosing friends and family due to heart attacks and obsity. This program has lifted me up and I want it to do the same for others because each portion of Innertwine has a special meaning to me and I want to share it with all hoping it will do the same for you too whether it is emotionally, physically, or spiritually.

As Assistant Director of Innertwine Dance Fitness, I serve as the connection between the company, its sponsors, and its clients. There is an endless amount of opportunities for Innertwine Dance Fintness to share its mission with individuals and companies across the nation. It is my job to make sure the connection between the two, goes as smooth as possible. Also, as a graphic design professor, it is my goal to employ my design skills and uniquely promote the company to gain local and national recognition. It is a pleasure to continue to work with Destined 2 Dance Awards as the Executive Marketing Representative. We have helped changed the lives of many and therefore, I am excited about the future of Innertwine Dance Fitness.
RaShon Carruthers, Life Coach
My goal as a Life Coach, while working with Innertwine Fitness, is to empower and enable the client to deal with situations they may face in the journey of life. My vision for my clients is for them to be in control and be responsible for their own actions. As a Life Coach, I want to support my client through the decision-making process of obstacles that are hard to overcome. Connecting the client to their ability will allow the client to find their own solutions to the issue.

My goal as a member liason is to provide world class customer service to any members wanting to purchase tickets, find a class, schedule times to meet with the life coach, or just with basic information. I will be the point of contact for the instructors as well in order to get them certificate reprints, set up one on one sessions, and make sure they are up to date on thelastest training. What I offer Innertwine is I have worked in the customer service field for over 20 years and enjoy working with people and I am an billingual advocate that speaks, read. and write in spanish fluently.
