If you are looking for a class and not sure where to go the below list is updated weekly. We are excited to be able to offer Innertwine DanceFitness in multiple locations and currently training is going on for our new instructors to insure you a great instruction that provides you the essentials you need to build a better physique.
Make sure to keep your eyes open for we will offer one class day dedicated as apart of our ministry through our Innertwine DanceFitness Phase II (faith-based class) that is free of charge and open to any affiliate of the church every first Saturday 11:30pm-12:30pm beginning July 1, 2017
